These terms concern website use. Separate consent, fees, cancellation rules, insurer requirements and clinical arrangements may apply to appointments.

Health information is general

Website information is general and educational. It is not personalised medical advice, a diagnosis, emergency care or a guarantee of treatment suitability or outcome. It does not replace assessment by an appropriately qualified health professional.

Using the website does not create a practitioner–patient relationship. That relationship begins only through an accepted clinical appointment and the applicable consent process.

Bookings and enquiries

Website buttons may link to Halaxy, Healthengine, a medical-practice reception service, phone or email. Appointment availability can change. An appointment is only confirmed when the relevant booking system or clinic confirms it.

You are responsible for selecting the correct location, service and practitioner and for providing accurate information. Please call the relevant clinic if you are unsure. Funded or claim-based services remain subject to current referrals, approvals, provider arrangements and eligibility.

Acceptable use

You must use the website lawfully and must not:
