About Us

One Stop Physio is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic located in Moorebank NSW, providing expert Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Occupational Therapy services. Our experienced team helps people recover from injuries, manage pain, improve movement and achieve their goals through personalised, evidence-based care.

Located at 132 Nuwarra Road, Moorebank, we support clients across Moorebank, Chipping Norton, Liverpool, Wattle Grove, Hammondville and surrounding areas. Our team provides hands-on physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and tailored programs for back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, workplace injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and long-term health conditions.

As a registered NDIS provider, One Stop Physio supports participants with Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and mobile Occupational Therapy services. We focus on improving independence, mobility, strength and confidence through goal-based therapy delivered in our clinic and throughout the community.
