Christian Tarabey

Director & Principal Physiotherapist

Christian is the Director and Principal Physiotherapist at One Stop Physio Moorebank. He has six years of physiotherapy experience and a special interest in supporting professional athletes, including NRL players; people living with disability; and people with neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis (MS).

Christian believes physiotherapy should do more than address the immediate injury. He works with each person to understand the factors contributing to their pain, build strength, conditioning and overall capacity, and develop a practical plan aimed at overcoming the injury and reducing the likelihood of it returning.

His approach is holistic, considering the physical, social and psychological factors that can influence recovery and quality of life. He provides clear education and reassurance so patients understand their injury and the factors that may be affecting them.

His sporting background includes representative rugby league with the Balmain Tigers in Harold Matthews and SG Ball, followed by under-20s rugby league with the Penrith Panthers. Christian can also provide casting, splinting and cast removal for fractures where clinically appropriate.

Hadi Youssef

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)

Hadi is our Accredited Exercise Physiologist at One Stop Physio Moorebank. He has eight years of experience in private practice and has worked with a wide range of people seeking to improve their health, recovery and physical performance.

Languages: Hadi speaks fluent Arabic.

His interest in sport and exercise was ignited through his own journey in athletics. Hadi competes in sprinting, with the 400 metres his favourite event. His experience pushing athletic performance and recovering from injuries gives him a personal understanding of the demands involved in rehabilitation and returning to sport.

Hadi prescribes tailored exercise for people with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and mental health conditions. He also has experience supporting children with autism through individualized exercise programs. His sports rehabilitation work includes helping athletes return after injuries such as ACL tears and hamstring tears.

Hadi uses a person-centred approach and understands that every individual has different needs, circumstances and goals. He works collaboratively with each person so their rehabilitation or sports-performance program is practical, progressive and evidence-informed.

When he is not in the clinic, you will find Hadi sprinting at the athletics track or building strength in the gym.
