Faq

Yes. We bulk bill eligible Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC) physiotherapy referrals for pensioners. If you’re not a pensioner, you’ll pay our standard fee upfront and claim the Medicare rebate yourself.

Please bring your GP referral and Medicare card to your appointment.

Yes, we accept private health insurance (health funds) for physiotherapy. Your rebate depends on your extras cover and remaining limits.

Bring your membership card or app so we can process your claim, and check with your fund if you’re unsure what you’re covered for.

All consultations are a flat 30 minutes.

This includes time for assessment, hands-on treatment and setting up your rehab/exercise plan.

Yes. We provide physiotherapy for Workers Compensation, CTP and DVA patients. Once we have the required referral and approval details, we can bill the insurer directly.

Yes. We offer mobile/home physiotherapy in South West Sydney (including Chipping Norton/Liverpool and surrounding suburbs), subject to clinician availability and your location.

Home visits are commonly used for NDIS participants, aged care clients, and anyone who is immobile after surgery or injury. Call 0482 047 813 to check availability.

Yes. One Stop Physio is an NDIS registered provider (physiotherapy). We can support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.

We offer clinic appointments and home visit physiotherapy (subject to availability). Call 0482 047 813 to discuss your goals and funding.

No, you do not need a referral to book a physiotherapy appointment. You can contact One Stop Physio directly.

Some funding programs do require a referral:

  • Medicare CDM/EPC plans must be arranged by your GP.
  • DVA and work-related claims (WorkCover/CTP) require referral paperwork and insurer approval.
