Pensioners are bulk billed for EPC services. Non-pensioners who are eligible for Extended Primary Care (EPC) services must pay the full fee upfront and claim the rebate manually. 

We accept private health insurance for physiotherapy services. Please contact your provider to verify your coverage.

Our initial and follow-up physiotherapy consultations are 30 minutes each.

Our consultation fees are available on our online booking system.

One Stop Physio accepts and treats workers compensation, CTP, and DVA claims.

One Stop Physio offers home visits for patients who are ineligible to attend the clinic, such as those who are NDIS/aged care funded or immobile. Home visits are subject to availability and location.

One Stop Physio offers physiotherapy services to self-managed and planned-managed NDIS patients. We are currently unable to treat NDIA patients, but we are in the process of becoming registered with NDIA.
