Christian Tarabey

Christian, the director and principal physiotherapist at One Stop Physio, has extensive experience working with a wide range of athletes, including NRL players, golfers, tennis players, and other elite athletes. He is known for his active therapies and his hands-on approach to helping patients recover from injury.

Christian’s active therapies are designed to help patients regain their strength and range of motion as quickly as possible. He uses a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and education, to help patients reach their goals.

Christian’s hands-on approach allows him to provide individualized care to each patient. He takes the time to understand each patient’s unique needs and goals, and he tailors his treatments accordingly.

RIVA MATY

Riva is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist who specialises in women’s health. 

She brings a patient-centred, hands-on approach to her work and has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, with a focus on helping clients recover function and return to the activities they love.

Riva’s approach to therapy combines evidence-based techniques with a strong emphasis on patient education and self-management. She uses a variety of treatment methods, including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, and strength and conditioning, to ensure her clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Riva is known for her warm and professional manner, as well as her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. She takes the time to understand each individual’s goals and works closely with them to develop tailored treatment plans.
